Individual, son, brother, husband, father, uncle, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. Farmer & philosopher. Radio operator & side gunner on a B-26 Martin Marauder. Shot down over Gabes, Tunisia in north Africa on January 10, 1943. Captured by the enemy seven days later. Liberated on May 3, 1945.
